VIIRS finally ready for shipping

The VIIRS sensor for the U.S. National Polar-orbiting Operational Environment Satellite System (NPOESS) has successfully completed all testing at Northrop Grumman Corporation’s subcontractor, Raytheon Company, and is ready for delivery.
