Six next-gen Globalstar satellites successfully launched

Rocket: Soyuz 2-1a/Fregat; Payload: six Globalstar-2 satellites; Date: 19 October 2010, 1711 UTC; Launch Site: Baikonur, Kazakhstan. The satellites were released into a circular orbit at an altitude of 915 km and an inclination of 52 degrees.
