“Go outside and get some exercise. You’ve been sitting in from of the television for too long!” can often be heard from parents urging their young children to get some fresh air instead of vegetating in front of the tube all afternoon long. However, while exercise is indeed necessary for the health and development of children, the television may not be the evil that simply rots the cerebral matter of children. Rather, exposing your children to the right programs offered by satellite television can in fact help them learn and provides them with exciting and interesting information.
