Orbital to build, Arianespace to launch Avanti’s HYLAS-2

Orbital Sciences Corporation announced that it has signed a contract with London-based Avanti Communications Group plc for a new geosynchronous (GEO) communications satellite, to be launched by Arianespace in 2012.
