NASA’s SLS passes key review for Artemis I mission

NASA has completed the design certification review (DCR) for the Space Launch System Program (SLS) rocket ahead of the Artemis I mission to send the Orion spacecraft to the Moon.

Deutsche Telekom and Eutelsat co-operate

Deutsche Telekom and Eutelsat Communications have signed an agreement covering the distribution by Deutsche Telekom, Europe’s largest telecommunications provider, of high-speed satellite broadband via the Eutelsat KONNECT satellite.

First MetOp-SG-B satellite receives propulsion module

Rocket Lab selected to launch NASA’s Advanced Composite Solar Sail System

Eutelsat raises its shareholding in OneWeb

Eutelsat Communications has exercised a call option on a portion of the latest OneWeb funding round subscribed by Bharti, for a consideration of US$165 million, taking its shareholding from 17.6% to 22.9%.

ESM-2 ready for delivery

The second Airbus-built European Service Module (ESM) for NASA’s Orion spacecraft is ready for delivery from the Airbus site in Bremen, Germany. An Antonov cargo aircraft will fly the ESM-2 to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, USA.
