Ball Aerospace GFO satellite begins eleventh year in orbit

The Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. operational altimeter satellite, GEOSAT Follow-On (GFO), has achieved 10 years of successful on orbit operation, providing continuous world-wide oceanographic data.
