In the world of home television viewing, there are various levels of satisfaction/dissatisfaction. Though essentially where a person falls depends on the kind of service they are subscribing to (or in the case of public broadcast, there is no subscription involved), there are secondary factors that come into play as well such as what sort of a television set is being used at home and how many technological boosts are being incorporated into the home entertainment system.
