South Korea, Russia blame each other for KSLV-1 failure

“[T]he real mess hasn’t even begun,” the Korea Times notes after the botched KSLV-1 (Naro-1) launch, predicting “an ugly finger-pointing battle” between South Korean and Russian officials. At least the number of theories that try to explain the rocket’s malfunction 137 seconds after lift-off is growing by the hour.
