The way people view their favorite shows and TV programs has changed dramatically over the last 20 years. The first piece of technology that allowed people to save programs to watch at another time was the VHS cassette recorder. This technology of the time allowed people to tape their favorite shows or programs that they didn’t have time to watch. Nowadays with satellite TV you can choose from hundreds of viewing options all the time. In combination with newer recording technologies, you have the power to watch your programs whenever you want.
