Akatsuki was hit by fuel pressure drop, attitude loss

The ongoing investigation into the failed Venus Orbit Insertion of Japan’s Akatsuki has revealed that something happened 2 minutes and 32 seconds into the manoeuvre, but the picture is still rather sketchy.
