Whether it’s knowing where one was watching a particularly important newscast or simply remembering happy holidays spent with the whole family watching a classic, television has mattered for a long time, even before the fancy options like HDTV made it even more integral to one’s fun times. And if anything has made a major change in how people experience their entertainment, it’s definitely satellite TV.
