Orbcomm announces FCC approval of acquisition by GI Partners

Orbcomm Inc., a provider of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, announced that the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved the transfer of control of Orbcomm’s FCC authorisations in connection with the previously announced acquisition of Orbcomm by GI Partners, a US-based investor in data infrastructure businesses.

Virgin Orbit to become publicly traded on Nasdaq

Vector shareholders approve merger with Rocket Lab

Millennium Space Systems demonstrates deployable tape technology

Flight trajectories for OneWeb launches launches to be improved

Flight paths for launches of OneWeb communication satellites from the Baikonur space port will be improved to increase the number of spacecraft launched at a time, the Russian state space corporation Roskosmos said.
