Aistech, OrbAstro announce service agreement for 6U satellite mission

Aistech Space SL, a high-resolution thermal imaging service provider, has signed a contract with Orbital Astronautics Ltd, a satellite and in-orbit service provider, to fly its first Guardian mission scheduled for launch in Q4 2021 onboard a SpaceX dedicated rideshare mission.

Eutelsat Communications confirmed that it has received an unsolicited, preliminary and non-binding proposal from Patrick Drahi in connection with a potential transaction on all of the company’s share capital.

Spire Global and SpaceChain announce new partnership

China to launch first solar exploration satellite this year

China will enter a new era of solar exploration with the satellite’s launch, said the Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology (SAST) under the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC).

Smallsat companies form consortium in response to EC tender

Update: AAC Clyde Space to supply core avionics for Arctic Weather Satellite

AAC Clyde Space has been selected by OHB Sweden to deliver core avionics worth approx. €797,000 to ESA’s Arctic Weather Satellite. The order has been preceded by a tightening of the original requirements of the systems.
