.S. Vice President Kamala Harris pledged that the United States would not conduct destructive anti-satellite tests and called on other nations to follow suit. “As of today the United States commits not to conduct destructive, direct-ascent, anti-satellite missile testing,” Harris said

The pledge covers ASAT tests in which a missile is launched from Earth or an aircraft at high altitude to blow up a satellite.

D-Orbit enters agreement with Beyond Gravity for Space Rider components

D-Orbit announced the signing of a subcontract with space company Beyond Gravity, under which D-Orbit will deliver lightweight carbon fibre-reinforced polymer (CFRP) tools and metallic structural components for the European Space Agency’s Space Rider reusable space vehicle. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ReOrbit and TransAstra sign spacecraft development and logistics contracts

TransAstra, a provider of orbital logistics and space domain awareness solutions, and ReOrbit, a provider of software-defined small satellites for beyond LEO missions, announced that they have signed binding contracts for initial spacecraft development and orbital logistics services.
