Rocket: Falcon 9; Payload: 46 Starlink satellites; Date: 21 February 2022, 1444 UTC; Launch site: Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, USA. The satellites were released in a single batch about an hour after launch.

GOES-T launch set for 1 March

NOAA’s GOES-T, the third in the GOES-R Series of advanced weather observing and environmental monitoring satellites, is scheduled to launch aboard an Atlas V 541 rocket from Space Launch Complex 41 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida on 1 March 2022 between 2138 and 2338 UTC, joining its sister satellite, GOES-16.

Northrop Grumman cargo vessel launched to the ISS

Rocket: Antares; Payload: Cygnus-17; Date: 19 February 2022, 1740 UTC; Launch site: Wallops Flight Facility, USA. The Cygnus spacecraft is scheduled to arrive at the ISS at around 0935 UTC on 21 February.

Eutelsat, Marlink extend partnership for GEO Ku-band satellite capacity

Eutelsat Communications and Marlink have agreed to extend their Global Maritime Partnership, initially signed in 2019, to support expansion in Africa and the Middle East (Red Sea and the Gulf) and to integrate the Americas and Asia into the portfolio of Eutelsat satellite capacity used by Marlink.

UNSW Sydney buys nanosatellite bus from NanoAvionics
